Shalom, our brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ!

First of all I would like to welcome you in the Prayer Ministry page. In this page you will learn about what Prayer Ministry is as well as the activities of the ministry.

As you guys have probably known prayer is a tool for communicating with The Lord. Believe it or not we have all prayed to God either in desperation and hope as well as happiness. In CIC SPJ we all focus our ministries based on prayers because we believe that when we ask, The Lord will certainly provide. It has become the foundation of our daily lives. The purpose of Prayer Ministry is to serve with love and humbleness.

As a team we gather around every second week of the month to pray for others especially those who are in need. During the prayer each intention is brought up to be prayed as a team. This is done so because The Lord says "…that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven."

On the fourth week of every month the team also gathers for praise and worship. In Praise and Worship we all sing for the glory of The Lord, share our experiences with The Lord as well as listening to the Word of God. It is not all about seriousness. During the activity there are also games that help us as a team to get to know each other.
